About this role
As the primary onsite technology alignment resource for assigned clients in Indianapolis, you’ll conduct scheduled reviews, assess their technology against company standards, cybersecurity best practices, and business goals. You’ll partner with our vCIO, service, and security teams to turn findings into practical improvements that strengthen and align each client’s technology environment.
What you’ll do
- Conduct onsite technology reviews with clients.
- Identify risks, technical debt, and recurring issues.
- Review backup, disaster recovery, MFA, endpoint security, and patching.
- Maintain network diagrams, configurations, and asset inventories.
- Explain findings and recommendations to client contacts.
- Support technology roadmaps and project discovery.
- Track remediation through completion.
Skills and experience we value
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or an MSP environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of network, servers, cloud, and cybersecurity.
- Clear, concise documentation and strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
- An associate of bachelor’s degree in IT, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with NIST, CIS Controls, or ITIL, and tools such as ConnectWise PSA, ScreenConnect, or Datto.
Working onsite
This work involves scheduled client visits in the Indianapolis area. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
