About this role
Lead cybersecurity strategy, compliance readiness and client relationships across managed client environments. Translate technical risk into practical business guidance; partner with SOC, Security Alignment Manager and service teams to improve security maturity.
What you’ll do
- Assess client risk and security maturity.
- Build risk-based security roadmaps.
- Lead Security Business Reviews and executive updates.
- Coordinate remediation and track improvements.
- Guide compliance readiness and incident response planning.
- Turn SOC findings into actionable recommendations.
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years of cybersecurity, IT risk, compliance or advisory experience.
- MSP, MSSP, consulting or multi-client experience.
- Knowledge in NIST, CIS Controls, SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS and GDPR.
- Understanding SIEM, MDR, EDR and Microsoft 365 security.
- Strong executive communication, documentation and client relationship skills.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience considered.
Additional experience we value
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC or Security+
- Azure, Entra ID, Defender, Intune.
- Risk registers, roadmaps, compliance documentation and MSP tools.
